شروط الخدمة

١. قبول الشروط

تحكم شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") وصولك إلى CommentPull ("الخدمة") واستخدامها، التي تديرها CommentPull ("نحن" أو "لنا"). بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام الخدمة، فأنت توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.

٢. وصف الخدمة

CommentPull أداة ويب تتيح لك استخراج التعليقات وتصفيتها وتصديرها من المنشورات المتاحة للعموم على فيسبوك وإنستغرام ويوتيوب. تعمل عمليات الاستخراج بالكامل في متصفحك باستخدام واجهات برمجة التطبيقات الرسمية. لا نخزّن بيانات التعليقات المستخرجة أو نعالجها أو نرسلها عبر خوادمنا.

3. Beta Service

CommentPull is provided as a beta. It is still under development, may contain errors, may change or be discontinued at any time, and may return incomplete or inaccurate results (for example, because Facebook changes how its pages are built). Features, limits and prices may change. You use the beta at your own risk and should not rely on it for critical or time-sensitive work.

٣. أهلية الاستخدام

٤. الحسابات

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على استخدام الخدمة للأغراض القانونية فقط ووفقاً لهذه الشروط. يُحظر عليك:

• Use the Service to scrape, collect, or store personal data about individuals without their knowledge or consent.
• Use extracted data to harass, target, or discriminate against individuals.
• Violate any applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of service of Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (YouTube), or any other third-party platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use of the application.

٦. الامتثال لسياسة منصة Meta

CommentPull does not use the Meta Graph API. Its browser extension reads Facebook pages you open (and Instagram support, once available, works the same way). Your use of any Meta-related features is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies. You must not use Meta data for surveillance, profiling, or any purpose that violates Meta's platform terms.

8. Browser Extension

The optional CommentPull browser extension is provided "as is" for Chromium-based browsers. It reads only what Facebook already displays to your own logged-in account and does not bypass logins, privacy settings or other access controls. Automated collection of content may be restricted by Facebook's terms; you are solely responsible for making sure your use complies with them and with applicable law, including data protection laws. Facebook may change its pages at any time, which can cause the extension to return incomplete results or stop working, and we may change or suspend the extension at any time. Its source code is public at github.com/Arthurdotself/CommentPull.

٧. الملكية الفكرية

الخدمة ومحتواها الأصلي وميزاتها ووظائفها مملوكة لـ CommentPull وتخضع لحماية قوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية وغيرها من قوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا يجوز لك نسخ أي جزء من الخدمة أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو بيعه أو تأجيره دون موافقتنا الكتابية المسبقة.

٨. محتوى المستخدم

أي محتوى تستخرجه باستخدام الخدمة (تعليقات، أسماء مستخدمين، بيانات منشورات) يعود ملكيته لأصحابه ومنصاتهم. لا تدّعي CommentPull ملكية هذا المحتوى. أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن كيفية استخدام المحتوى المستخرج وتخزينه ومشاركته، ويجب عليك الامتثال لجميع القوانين المعمول بها وشروط المنصة المصدر.

٩. خدمات الطرف الثالث

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and APIs including the YouTube Data API v3, Google sign-in and Google Analytics, GitHub sign-in, and Stripe for payments. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

١٠. إخلاء مسؤولية الضمانات

تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"كما هو متاح" دون ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات القابلية للتسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض معين أو عدم الانتهاك. لا نضمن أن الخدمة ستكون غير منقطعة أو خالية من الأخطاء أو الفيروسات أو المكونات الضارة.

١١. تحديد المسؤولية

بالقدر الأقصى المسموح به بموجب القانون المعمول به، لن تكون CommentPull مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، بما في ذلك الأرباح أو البيانات أو الشهرة التجارية، الناشئة عن أو المرتبطة باستخدامك للخدمة.

١٢. التعويض

توافق على تعويض CommentPull ومسؤوليها ومديريها وموظفيها ووكلائها وإبراء ذمتهم من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو خسائر أو مسؤوليات ونفقات (بما فيها أتعاب قانونية) ناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط أو انتهاكك لحقوق طرف ثالث.

١٣. الإنهاء

يجوز لنا تعليق وصولك إلى الخدمة أو إنهاؤه في أي وقت، مع سبب أو بدونه، ومع إشعار أو بدونه. عند الإنهاء، يتوقف حقك في استخدام الخدمة فوراً. تظل الأحكام التي تستدعي طبيعتها البقاء سارية بعد الإنهاء، بما فيها أحكام الملكية وإخلاء مسؤولية الضمانات وتحديد المسؤولية.

١٤. التغييرات على الشروط

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية بمراجعة تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى هذه الصفحة. يُعدّ استمرار استخدامك للخدمة بعد نشر التغييرات قبولاً للشروط المحدَّثة.

١٥. القانون المعمول به

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً للقانون المعمول به. تُحسم أي نزاعات تنشأ بموجب هذه الشروط من خلال التفاوض بحسن نية أو، عند الضرورة، من خلال تحكيم ملزم.
